The Dress

The dress is absolutely beautiful and is made of a colour called sea pearl, which is a lovely rich colour.

The top half of the dress is made up of a bodice with a sweetheart neckline, with lace over the top. The lace is made up of roses and flowers and is covered in small crystals and sequins; it is very detailed and beautiful.

The skirts are lovely and full - there are lots of layers of fabric, all over a petticoat, so it sits really lovely.

It also comes with a lovely sea pearl sash, which looks beautiful when tied in a bow at the back - note that the flower in the photos does not come with the dress.

The dress looks really beautiful with gold or pearl accessories.

Personally, I absolutely loved wearing the dress on my wedding day, it felt very elegant! I am selling it because unfortunately I don't have the space to store it; but I have looked after it very well and have had it dry cleaned and put into a lovely dress box which you can have. I would be happy to answer any questions or to send more photos if that would help you decide!

The dress is labelled a size 12, however Lyn Ashworth made some small alterations for me (all done by the same seamstress who made the dress). She brought the corset in around the waist and turned up the bottom. The dress now fits a size 8-10. Length wise, I am 5 foot 6-7 and wore very low heals.

The dress is in very good conditions and has been dry cleaned and boxed.
