The Dress

Atelier Pronovias Wedding Dress Niebla. Nature is definitely an inspiration for this romantic wedding dress with a mermaid cut made in tulle and Chantilly with thread embroidery. A drop-waist design with bateau neckline that creates a fantastic second-skin effect, with nude underlay complementing the dress with multiple layers of Chantilly lace. All the exquisite lace is what originally drew me to the dress and made me fall in love with the dress. The train is what ultimately made me feel this was the dress for me. The train is escalating lace appliqués that are gorgeous and trail behind you.

The dress was worn for 4-5 hours, before changing to a second dress later in the night for dancing. I am 5"7" and wore 2 inch heels with the dress and it worked perfectly. The dress was very comfortable and fit in perfectly with our wedding and I would love for someone else to have a chance to own it.

Paid $3400 USD excluding alterations. Hanger and bag included along with extra lace appliques.

Alterations were very minor, mainly to slightly hem the bottom while maintaining all the gorgeous lace appliques and added bra cups to the front. Buttons were added in the back to attach a bustle. Dress was professionally dry cleaned and is spotless.
